Roberval Travel Guide
Welcome to Roberval!
Located on the southern shoreline of Lac Saint-Jean, Roberval is situated in the heart of Quebec's Saquenay region. This small Quebec city is the third largest of its kind bordering the lake. Alma and Dolbeau-Mistassini fill the first and second spots respectively. In such close proximity to the waterfront, Roberval features a number of activities available in both the summer and winter seasons. Warm weather allows residents and visitors alike to take to the water for sailing, kayaking, fishing and hiking. Each summer the city plays host to the Traversee Internationale du Lac St-Jean, a long distance swimming competition. The colder season provides the beautiful setting necessary for a number of events including Village on Ice and Winterfest. For tourists to Roberval, there are a number of accommodations, from hotels to bed and breakfasts, and restaurants available.Tourist Attractions
